Grizz is our yearling ram and needs to find a new home for fall. He is an extremly manageable boy. He has been lead trained and is friendly, but has not been aggressive or destructive to property. We have way too many of his half sisters and may be keeping a daughter or two this year as well. He produced 4 lambs bred to 3 ewes – 3 ewes and a ram. The ram will probably be wethered, but the ewes are all looking good. One is a bit small and is a result of breeding him to his half sister, but she’s a peppy thing with good worm resistance so she may stay here to see how she shapes up.
His mother is one of my meatier looking ewes and has wonderful fleece. His father has leadersheep genetics and is a calm and non destructive ram as well. Grizz may carry spotting and does carry solid. His horns are very wide.
